FutureMan has also been using a commercially available MIDI controller called the ZenDrum. This instrument works along the same principle as the Synthaxe, but sends MIDI information directly out. You'll hear the ZenDrum triggering various sound and vocal samples during Futch's solo spot in the show.

You'll also see some traditional (and non-traditional) acoustic/electric percussion on stage, including hand drums, cymbals, the X-Drum, Pearl Tall Congas, and "the box".
